Chikuho Bank of Kurume, Fukuoka Prefecture, revealed it had established the Chikugin Regional Economic Research Institute, a think tank for supporting the business enterprises in the area it serves. It will conduct research and surveys, train personnel, and provide assistance for business management. The institute will focus on the biotech, agriculture, and medical sectors.
