Researchers at Kyushu University’s Faculty of Engineering have discovered two large changes in the fault lines under the northwest area of Itoshima. Professor Nishijima said that he is unsure if this indicates that an earthquake will occur, but they plan to do a complete study on the underground area of Itoshima.
