The Fukuoka Prefecture Chamber of Commerce and the Fukuoka Prefecture Bar Association signed a memorandum agreeing to cooperate for providing assistance to local small and medium-sized companies. This assistance will include legal advice when restructuring after bankruptcy and for the recovery of accounts receivable. The bar association says this is the first agreement of its type in Japan.
