From Jun. 1 (Wed.), ramen shop Mensyou Kirin started serving ramen using Halal ingredients! The restaurant opted to start serving halal ramen because there are many Muslim students at the nearby Kagoshima University. After asking for guidance from local Halal businesses, the restaurant came up with a spicy shoyu ramen which uses dried noodles (rather than ones which contain alcohol).
