Honda Motor Co. announced plans to increase by 10,000 units production of motorcycles and motorbikes at its Kumamoto plant. The new production level will be in the range of 200,000 units, and to achieve that level the company will hire additional employees for the first time in almost two years. They also will operate two shifts, thereby expanding the amount of time the factory is used for production.
