Huis ten Bosch, the Sasebo, Nagasaki Prefecture resort, reported it earned current profit of 429 million yen for its consolidated account in FY 2010. Though the company shifted its accounting period, and the term in question was only six months long, it was the first current profit posted by the resort since it opened in 1992. Their next objective is to turn an operating profit for the current fiscal year, which ends in October 2011.
