The 4,500-yen fare for the early morning/late night taxi service between Kitakyushu Airport and central Fukuoka City offered jointly by the Kitakyushu-based Starflyer Airlines and Dai-Ichi Kotsu taxi will be eliminated on the 11th. The objective is to increase the number of airport passengers from Fukuoka City and boost airline passenger totals. The service has been provided since March 2006 for those people using Starflyer’s Kitakyushu-Haneda flights.
