Kyusai, a Fukuoka City-based manufacturer and merchant of foods for the health market, revealed they would rework for the first time their mail-order system, which has been in place since 2001. They will invest roughly 180 million yen in the effort this year, and follow that up with additional investments in the future. Most of the company’s sales are through mail order, and the new system will reduce by 20% the amount of time they spend on computer input.
