The Fukuoka branch of Tokyo Shokoh Research released their rankings for revenue in the Kyushu/Okinawa Prefecture construction industry in calendar year 2010. A total of 85 companies recorded more than five billion yen in revenue, a decline of 11 from the previous year, and the first time in 22 years the total fell below 90. Aggregate revenue dropped 11.2% to 1.3151 trillion yen, the largest downturn since 1985.
