The executive committee of Nippon no Shoku Gambare, a group promoting safe and environmentally friendly Japanese processed food products, has selected for its promotional lineup 11 products made by Kyushu companies. These include the miso from a Fukuoka company, the miso and soy sauce from a Nagasaki company, and refined white rice from a Saga company. A total of 143 products from 60 companies were recognized after undergoing scientific tests.
