Kyushu University’s graduate school of business announced that beginning next year it will conduct its entrance exams in Dalian, China. The declining child population in Japan means that most Japanese students who want to go to college will be admitted, and more Japanese universities are competing for bright students overseas, particularly in China. The university’s business school conducts a two-year course leading to a master’s degree, and most of its students are already employed after having obtained a bachelor’s degree.
