The spring salary negotiations between labor unions and employers in Kyushu have been largely completed, the Nishinippon Shimbun reports. Most companies have maintained their regularly scheduled salary increases, but the newspaper’s survey revealed that none of the respondent companies increased the base salary paid. In addition, most are maintaining bonuses at last year’s level.
