Office Vacancies Rise in Central Fukuoka City


The Fukuoka City branch of business relocation service provider Miki Shoji released its monthly survey of office occupancy for the end of August in central Fukuoka City. It found that the average vacancy rate rose 0.17 percentage points from the previous month to 13.83%. That is the first rise in six months. The primary contributing factor was the 59% vacancy rate in three new office buildings.
