Kitakyushu-based Starflyer Airlines flew its first charter flight from that city to Busan, South Korea, on the 25th. It was filled nearly to capacity with about 140 passengers visiting on a three-day tour. The return flight to Kitakyushu carried only about 20 passengers due to the many cancellations after the Tohoku earthquake.
