Zenrosai, the National Federation of Workers and Consumers Insurance Cooperatives, has established a call center in Fukuoka City to concentrate those operations for the west Japan region. They will handle inquiries about products, requests for advice from members, and accident claims. Plans call for increasing the current staff of 60 to 300 by October.
