The Ochamusubi Project and SAISON D’OR’s Chef Hitoshi Maeyama have come together to offer you an exceptional lunch course pairing French cuisine with premium Kyushu green tea selected by IKKYU.
Enjoy a delicious French course menu made with fresh Kyushu ingredients, with each dish paired with a different kind of tea.
Under the supervision of tea pairing specialist Mutsuko Tokunaga, tea time artist Masako Takenaka will serve nine premium teas, from Yame dento hon gyokuro and white tea, to Miyazaki-grown houjicha and oolong, while Aldo and Joëlle Bloise, founders of IKKYU, will introduce each tea and the story behind them.
