A gourmet event bringing together popular and hard-to-book restaurants from across Kyushu at JR Hakata Station Plaza. Chefs representing a range of cuisines, including Japanese, French, Italian, Chinese, and Spanish, serve exclusive limited-time dishes in an open-air setting.
This year, eight acclaimed restaurants, including Michelin-listed and highly sought-after establishments, take part in the event. Participating venues include Italian restaurant La casa di Nao, Chinese restaurant Yukyu Shanghai, Spanish restaurant Sancho Panza, and French restaurant Aignon, each offering signature dishes that showcase Fukuoka’s vibrant dining scene. Visitors can also enjoy shochu tasting sessions, craft beer stands, talk shows and live broadcasts in collaboration with FM Fukuoka, and live music performances. Food and drinks are purchased using tickets, available at the venue and exchanged at each booth.
