After working for four years at specialty coffee shop Honey Coffee, Minako Yamaguchi opened this shop to offer the unique combination of coffee and Japanese sweets, which are typically crafted to represent seasonal themes. The kanbotan (winter peony)-shaped sweet is packed with subtly sweet smooth bean paste, making it a perfect partner for a cup of strong java. The beans are roasted on site and prepared with a French press to ensure an authentic yet mellow flavor profile. You can also order hand-drip coffee, and the expansive drink menu is available for take-out.
