The Japan Finance Corporation has published guidebooks for starting up businesses in each of the seven Kyushu prefectures. They describe the required procedures and the assistance available. The organization had previously published these booklets only for Fukuoka and Kumamoto prefectures, but expanded them to cover the entire region this year. They are available free of charge at JFC branches in each prefecture.
