7月8日、福岡市の天神地区に近い旧大名小学校で、福岡市が進める再開発プロジェクト「天神ビッグバン」の目玉である再開発事業の工事が始まった。積水ハウスや西日本鉄道など5社が出資した特別目的会社（SPC）が約500億円を投じて再開発を手がける。米マリオットグループの高級ホテル「ザ・リッツ・カールトン福岡」や商業施設、オフィスが入る25階建てのほか、IT関連の起業家ら向け共有オフィスなども建設する。2022年12月完成予定。潜在需要のある海外企業の誘致に応える。Source: fiba.jp
