福岡ではコーヒートラックやポップアップストアで人気を博したブルーボトルコーヒーが、ついに九州初出店。福岡市の姉妹都市アメリカ・オークランドで2002年に創業し、日本初出店は2015年清澄白河。現在、アメリカと日本、韓国、上海、香港など100店舗以上のカフェを展開している。空間デザインは、福岡拠点のCASE-REAL（ケース・リアル）、プレートやカップは鹿児島の陶器ブランド「ONE KILN（ワンキルン）」を使用。福岡拠点のアーティスト「KYNE（キネ）」がブルーボトルカラーで書き下ろしたオリジナルアートが期間限定で展示される。
